Somewhat helpful for planning.
This graph provides a lot of information about how phoneme awareness progresses as well, moving from 2 phoneme words, and leading up to blends and diagraph blends. This would be great to keep on hand as a resource for planning lessons around phoneme awareness, and planning small group instruction!
This list could be helpful when preparing oral blending and segmenting drills. It includes lists of words with 2+ phonemes with continuous and stop sounds.
